For Excel files (xlsx / xlsm / xlsb / xls / xlt / xltx / xltm / csv) the View column has per-row policy checkboxes. Changing a checkbox saves the policy on the server (per file) — it is applied to every subsequent View, and cannot be bypassed by editing the URL: No Copy — disable copy/paste, No Print — disable print, No Save — disable save / download (implies No Print: PDF export goes through the print pipeline), Interactive — open in edit mode for live recalculation but block saving back to the host (edit-without-save, enforced server-side), Watermarking — the wrapper page renders a tamper-guarded watermark layer above the Office frame: instant for any size, the file bytes stay untouched. Other file types open without policies.
